Reflecting some of the best thinking on D&I, our concurrent sessions offer creative new ideas for strategies and solutions to help you become a better D&I practitioner, as well as insights into how to become a D&I game changer. They cover a comprehensive range of diversity-related topics, and are categorized into three content-rich focus areas:

  • Managing Your D&I Initiatives
  • Executing Your D&I Strategy
  • Advancing Your D&I Competencies

Each session lasts 75 minutes. We encourage you to plan your curriculum in advance. Choose a first and a second choice in each time frame, and arrive early—seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

These sessions highlight companies that are game changers in the D&I field: the strategy or effort they implemented is innovative, forward-thinking and sustainable, has produced positive and measureable results, and changed the way the organization does business. By attending these sessions, you will learn the business issue or the problem each organization needed to solve; the components of the strategy they put into place to address this issue; and the step-by step approach used to plan and execute the game changing strategy as well as how the results were measured. Walk away learning how these companies actually “changed the game” of how D&I is practiced either in their organization, in their community, with their customers, or in the field at large.
